Wofford vs. Appalachian State Football Game Sports Shoot [Spartanburg, SC Sports Photographer]

This weekend at Wofford was Parents' Weekend, as well as fall hospitality day. Hospitality day is a day for prospective students and their families to visit Wofford and attend informational sessions. Yesterday's game was the perfect Parents' Weekend and Hospitality Day game. Wofford took on Appalachian State in an exciting game that kept fans on their feet for all four quarters of play. Appalachian State has won 6 of the last 7 games against Wofford. The last time Wofford beat App State was in 2007, my senior year in high school. Wofford ran over the Mountaineers with a 28-14 win. Needless to say, parents, faculty, staff and students were more than excited. This is the only time in my 4 years at Wofford that we have beaten App State.
